Not Very Smart

Sadly, unmotivated people are among the worst kind of people on Earth. They are also not very smart at all, and would be the worst kind of person to have on board while negotiating the release of hostages.

Not Very Creative

Those who have no drive, have no drive to create, and without the drive to create; well, you get nothing. Let's face it, if you're not creative, would you be able to solve a Rubik's cube or find you're way through a maze? Probably not. We're looking for the type that can make their way out of a maze. And solve a Rubik's cube.

Not Very Dedicated

Doing your best is great, but your best is always going to fluctuate. It may change based on how you're feeling or what happened toy that week. But dedication, is visible from miles away. Under all circumstances, dedication means doing your absolute very best. Whatever that is, is enough for a team that cares.

Not Very Sociable

Nothing that others do is explicitly because of one other person. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, and their own dreams. We believe that sociable people create the greatest work environments as they care first about the consensus over the single person unit, and they believe that the the team, once all together, can accomplish anything. Those who ask questions, contribute, and communicate are and always will be the number 1 candidates.

Not Very Cost Effective

Those who don't care, don't speak with integrity, and don't respect their own word. These are high risk, high cost employees that will burst or erupt at the next meeting over someone saying something causing a waste of man hours, waste of paperwork on firing, waste of others time during a meeting which is precious company building minutes are all reasons behind the effectiveness of cost efficient employees.
